Everything extraordinary is built on purpose.
BiltReady Ventures is an advisory partnership for the world's most consequential places — from the capital that makes them possible to the brands that make them inevitable. We work in two practices: BRV Capital, which makes projects ready for institutional capital, and BRV Brands, which makes funded projects impossible to ignore.
The two practices share a single discipline: diagnose precisely what's missing, do the disciplined work to fix it, and only then open the doors — to capital, or to market — that readiness has earned. Human judgment paired with proprietary readiness diagnostics — applied by people, not a dashboard.
BiltReady combines three decades of principal-level capital relationships with two decades of brand and positioning craft built advising governments, Fortune 500 companies, and international institutions.
Upstream, BRV Capital makes the deal fundable. Downstream, BRV Brands makes the place feel inevitable. Same discipline, applied before and after the capital moves — offered together, or separately, as the opportunity calls for.
Same firm. Same discipline. Different side of the capital event — offered together, or separately, as the opportunity calls for.
Shari leads BiltReady Ventures and directs both its capital advisory and brand practices — identifying what stands between a consequential project and the capital, or the market, it needs, and fixing it. She serves as engagement lead for every partnership, working as both the strategic advisor who makes ambitious projects ready and the connector who introduces them to the right investors within her global network of family offices, HNWIs, and institutional capital partners.
Her capital advisory practice is a direct evolution of over two decades leading strategic brand and positioning engagements for governments, Fortune 500 companies, and international institutions. The disciplines of investor positioning, narrative development, and materials that compel institutional action are ones she mastered in demanding client contexts and brought into the capital markets arena.
She was a founding member of the Green Street Network, speaks at and/or regularly engages with the global, regional, and local economic and real estate development ecosystems through family office and investment conferences, UN summits and forums on development, investment, trade, and tourism; and events like ULI's Annual Capital Markets Conference on Kiawah Island.
Cavaliere Salvatore Cumella, M.D. has spent more than three decades building relationships at the intersection of global diplomacy, sovereign institutions, and capital — relationships with heads of state, Vatican leadership, Nobel Laureate principals, prominent real estate developers, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals across the United States, Europe, Latin America, and beyond.
Recognized by the President of Italy with the Cavaliere dell'Ordine della Stella d'Italia in 2016, and honored with the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, Dr. Cumella brings a caliber of access and standing that cannot be replicated through conventional channels. His appointment as Counselor to the World Summit of Nobel Laureates for Peace — covering Ethics, AI, Health, Immigration, and Economics — reflects the depth and continuity of that standing.
Beyond diplomatic and institutional relationships, he has direct operating experience translating access into outcomes — playing a central role in the $20 million Il Centro development and capital raise, and serving as Senior Executive Vice President of LENCO Diagnostic Laboratory, a CAP-accredited institution he helped guide for more than two decades. He is currently advising on a national initiative to expand skilled trades workforce development.
At BiltReady, his role is singular: to activate his global network on behalf of capital-intensive projects that are ready — opening doors at the principal level, in the rooms where commitments are made.
Jewelle brings fifteen years of senior real estate development leadership to BRV — experience across more than $1 billion in large-scale, complex mixed-use projects, from site selection through delivery. As Development Director at Ensemble Real Estate Investments, she led a $1.0 billion mixed-use portfolio across California and Pennsylvania, including the $285 million first residential project at the Philadelphia Navy Yard and delivery of the largest LEED-ND Gold project in the United States.
Her development experience is grounded in public-sector fluency — at the City of Atlanta's Department of Planning and Community Development, she coordinated approximately $12 million in incentives for Porsche's North American headquarters. At BiltReady, her role is singular: to make sure a project is standing on solid development ground — entitled, feasible, and construction-ready — before it ever reaches a capital conversation.
We exist so the world's most ambitious projects get built — the ventures that become engines for economic growth and better lives — because the extraordinary is never an accident. It's built on purpose.
The most ambitious projects are the most consequential. The districts, destinations, smart cities, and ventures that don't just add to a place but power it forward — engines that drive economies, create communities, and elevate lives through the jobs they create, the investment they attract, and the quality of life they raise for the people who live and work there.
But ambition is not enough. Projects stall for lack of readiness — capital readiness, or market readiness. That is why BiltReady works both sides: we make projects ready for capital, and we make them ready for the market that will ultimately judge them.
That readiness is not guesswork. It is applied intelligence — three decades of principal-level relationships paired with proprietary diagnostics and data, judged and applied by people, never delegated to a dashboard.
We make the most ambitious projects ready — for capital, and for the world — then we connect them to both. Because everything extraordinary is built on purpose.
